Employment Contract & Company Policies Review
Flor Solicitors offers organisations a service whereby it will review existing employee contracts and company policies.
The service works on the basis that new contracts and policies will be required.In most cases it will be more cost effective for organisations to adopt Filor Employment Lawyers' template contracts (transferring across key provisions in existing contracts).
Fees are fixed and the total cost depends on the number of policies and/or contracts of employment required.
Contracts that can be catered for include full and part-time employment, as well as directors' service agreements and, where appropriate, consultancy agreements.

It is important to note that where existing company policies are contractual then employees' consent is required before a new policy can be either introduced, or an existing one updated. This can make implementation more difficult.
